Default I think I screwed up!!

I installed my emanage ingnition and injector harnesses and it would not work. I then bypassed the harnesses to go back to my normal setup. Now I get a CEL and VDC with slip lights. I ran the diagnostic and it looks like it is a 1102 code, maybe. The CEL blinks 1 long, pause, ten short, pause, 2 short, longer pause, 10 long flashes, then repeats. Any info on this code. The car starts and idles, but goes immediately into limp mode.

I scanned it and it comes up as P0102. Which is MAF input voltage low. How can I troubleshoot the circuit?

Fixed it!! I found a wire (MAF) not connected. I had to cut it to install the emanage injector harness and I had it wired wrong. Whew!! Sometimes I scare myself. I can be a total idiot sometimes. Like my old Army drill instructor used to say, "Pay attention to detail!!". How true.

I'll tell you, there is no worse feeling than when you finish a project on your car and turn the key only to have something not work. That knotting in your stomach and the inevitable "Oh $hit, what did I just do."

Glad you found the problem and its was an easy fix (my favorite kind).

Yeah, and that's when you say "That's it. I'm done with mods. I'm gonna sell the car and get something new that I won't have to mod." Just like when you get drunk and get a hangover and your swear you will NEVER do that again.
