I think he has a random cylinder misfire, so its not just one cylinder. The random cylinder misfire is read by the ECU by minute changes in the acceleration of the crank..via crank angle sensor. If one cylinder doesnt fire...the crank angle sensor will pick up this abnormal crank behavior..and trigger the code.

po300 is ramdom multiple misfire-but thats just becuz the computer hasnt isolated it yet.you can do this is manualy by removing the coil plugs 2 finds out which cylinder is faulty then isolate if it is injector or coil

I had my mechanic to check my engine yesterday. He said the spark plugs and coil are fine. He said the reason of paining during acceleration around 3000-4000 (in boost) maybe because the emanage running rich. however, the emanage has a code lock and he cannot adjust the fuel map. I wanna if I had my ECU to have TS reflash, would that solve the problem?

Thanks.

we have tuned several z's and they do run very rich but we havent see them do anything that ur describing. i had one that would misfire and it turned out to be the injector. and it the only time ive seen and RC injector fail.
