Damn you APS TT guys are making me drool. How much was the kit and install costs? Also you mentioned tuning... I thought the APS came ready to rock with no additional tuning required?
Minus gauges and the clutch, it was well under $9000.00. An authorized APS/Unichip dealer/installer can give the car a more refined tune than the out of the box setup. My car still had the stock exhaust, so custom tuning was required to keep it safe but give me some additional power. When I add the exhaust next month, it will be retuned.
Did you happen to call Factor X over at the Speedway? How long was the drive over to Dyno-Comp?? How much was installation. I'm trying to figure out who can install my Turbonetics kit when I get the car and kit. I live in Summerlin/Las Vegas.

I have dealt with Factor X. They were so busy with a bunch of NSX's that they acted like they couldn't be bothered to work on a lowly Nissan. They're supposed to be a special HKS dealer, but they had absolutely no interest in installing the HKS supercharger I was interested in at the time. They don't tune Unichip and they don't have a load bearing dyno, so I didn't even consider them for the APS system, nor would I do business with them anyway.
I made it to Dyno-Comp in about 4.5 hours including stops. It's just 300 miles door to door from my house.....and I live in The Lakes which is very close to Summerlin.
