Default Stock components to replace during APS TT Install

Hi,

I will be installing my APS kit next week. Which gaskets or other stock components need to be replaced during reassembly? The service manual recommends to replace at least the following gaskets marked with a red X below:

What else? Do I need to replace any gaskets that are part of the water/coolant system? Any part numbers? It would be nice if the installation manual included this information.

Thanks in advance.

Paul

I would reccomend getting the o-ring that seals the fuel assembly. The other gaskets will be fine.

The coolant gaskets will be fine as well.

I second that... ALl of the gaskets around the engine should be fine.. Just get the O ring that seals the tank...

Just keep the fuel tank o-ring gasket dry guys. If you don't get fuel on it , it will not expand. I have had mine out 3 times already and re-used the same gasket with no issues.

There's no reason to take the TB off, just FYI, in case you were planning to.

I might have a machine shop fabricate a 3/4" spacer to install a temp sensor and the Coolingmist water injector there. That means I'd have to remove the throttle body completely.

Thanks a lot guys, I appreciate your input.
