Hey guys, looking to lengthen my gears with my APS ST. I know some people have been using the 3.1(?) FD from the automatic. Wanted to know what other options are out there and where I can get a hold of at least an Auto FD.

The FD in the 5AT is the 3.3. You will likely need to buy the entire pumpkin which you can get off of www.car-part.com for around $500 or you can likely find someone on here to do a swap with you.
