I have heard that the Vortech kit makes the OEM injectors run at about 120-130% and that I need to get some bigger ones soon. I have a friend that drives a SRT-4 and he is replacing his injectors with i think 682cc ones. The SRT-4 OEM injectors are I believe 577cc. I can get 8 injectors from him for $100 and he is local to me. Will this swap work? I am also thinking about a set of 6 used RC 440s but they are about $300. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Zach, can't answer the question on 682cc or 440s. While I was between the prototype IM and SSV IM I installed PE380s for the reason you stated about the OEM injectors. It had to help, but I did return my ECU to Brian at TS for flashing for the 380s. "booger" will probably jump in with a comment.
According to my tuner, whose opinion I respect, running about 8psi (base Vortech pulley) you should look at 440 cc injectors...the 380's are still small. Running the stock ones will wear them out prematurely....don't know why Vortech did not offer new injectors and a fuel return setup.
Larger than 440 cc's and you may have problems tuning, unless you look at re-flashing your ECU. Sending the ECU back and forth via courier is just too inconvenient.
That's why I went with the tuner kit + injectors + fuel return setup + Emanage
