So bottomline, if I decide to buy this ST then no headers or Bora TD first right?

 

It will save you money, reduce the install headache, probably give you more power, and will last longer in the long run. So yeah, don't do headers if at all possible.

 

Alright, no headers, but should I keep the stock exhaust? And what other crap do I need to go with the ST? I have a 5AT. And thanks for your help man, I appreciate it.

 

It'll work on a totally stock car, but a better flowing exhaust couldn't hurt.

As far as the 5AT is concerned, Turbonetics has installed the kit successfully on an auto. Maybe someone like MIA should chime in on this.

 

The 5 AT car has been up and running for a couple months now. As far as I know there are no tranny mods to that car although it is highly recommended that you at least do the Valve Body upgrade to the tranny with ANY boost kit...

Taurran, your car sounds AMAZING. That BOV is nuts. I'm trying to decide what to do with my APS unit, might switch to a different wastegate. Anyhow sweet car and I go to UTampa, so I'm in the area, lemme know what's up with the Z community around there (Browser won't go to that website for some reason.)

Side note on anyone in South Florida looking for someone to do the install. The guy doing mine worked for Petitt racing for 6 years, used to be a Ferrari Factor mechanic, had a race team etc... Super nice guy and knows his stuff. Granted I'll be able to prove that once my car is done.

I'm sure it's still around here somewhere. It was posted back when most people still had not seen or heard what the kit sounded like. Nothing real crazy just boostin on the roof of a parking garage. Now that there are plenty of TN Z's around I'm sure there are much better vids around. This reminds me though, I need to get some real vids of the kit in action.
