Hey man glad to see you got your system set up. I am waiting for the Plenum, Clutch, LSD and Exhaust. All the parts are slowly making their way to my house... seems like I should have one of those warner brother cartoon maps where all the little dots move towards each other. Anyhow glad to hear you like it.. I'm hoping to get 400 RWHP on a reliable/conservative tune... Damnit maybe I should order rods and pistons. ARGHHH. Anyhow I owe you thanks for getting me in on the group buy. I am really pleased that everyone with the kit seems so happy with it so far. Ya lead me to the right system I think... Happy boosting!

I had the same issues when I had my CJ Motorsports CAS wire installed. Charles (phunk) said it is because the wire is likely installed incorrectly. Are you getting a CEL with this delay instarting? I was and it was referring to the CAS wire.

Nope and I am really hating the Vortech kit because of it!! I really wish I went with what I wanted which was the Turbonetics ST or now the APS ST! Gotta love running 14.1@100 MPH with a F/I Z.

There I go again what? Pointing out that both ST kits spool up at the same time? How is that bad? i'm not knocking APS in any way. Its just interesting that they both spool around 3200 and so does the TT kits. maybe you don't see the trend. Pretty much all the turbo kits spool at the same point. Maybe thats how its going to be on any turbo car. Between 3k and 3500 is full boost. At least with any turbos of any of the base kits.

Can you PM me info regarding the installation as well?
For example, ST Kit + Labor... nothing else (like gauges, more boost, etc.)?
How's the IC fitment assuming you have stock bumper?
How much more would tuning for more boost add to the total (debating)?
Also, what's your octane? Mine's only 91 here... it's hard to find 93 :-(
Lastly, how long did you have to wait before getting your hands on the
car again? :-)

I don't have an installer/tuner here in KS :-(

I thought your 380whp figure was also on a dynapack, what were your figures and what dyno did you use?

The 380 dyno IIRC as I wasn't there was a Dynapack....I have a couple dyno sheets from testing but I really do need to hit the dyno again soon. Dynojet that is...

Not exactly sure what the problem was...maybe it was the 104 degee weather and my constant flogging of the car all day..literally! or maybe it just takes the ECU time to learn.. whatever it is im just happy everything runs fine now
