Default Fuel System upgrade

Haven't had much luck with responses on this subject, so I hope to get some in the forced induction section!

Has anyone done any fuel system upgrades before going F/I? I'm looking at the following:

Walbro 225
440cc injectors
AAM fuel return line
1-step colder plugs
Zeitronix A/F wideband
eManage

I'm not familiar with the benefits of these upgrades without f/i. Not going to be ready to go F/I until I get a daily driver this winter, so is there a point/benefit to do these upgrades before F/I?

Without going FI I would think just the emanage and the wideband would be useful and help you tune your NA ride in the meantime.

waste of money / time to get all that stuff right now.

You will have little to no gains as is... a little tuning might get you a few HP... but I am not sure I would bother spending the time on the dyno if your gonna go FI anyway.

Also, depending on what FI system you get... you might be buying something that you already have... such as Greddy TT comes with 440cc and E-Manage... APS comes with Unichip, injectors, fuel pump, etc.... so depending on what kit you plan on getting, you may be wasting money on doubles.

agreed!! plan what you want to end up with first, then work backwards. if f/i is for sure in your plans, then only get parts that will compliment a f/i install.

Thanks for the replies....

I'm pretty set on the Vortech tuner kit, therefore I wouldn't be doubling up on anything. I may just go ahead and get an Innovate wideband and eManage for the time being, just to give myself something to mess around with I'm hoping to get a daily driver ('02 Sentra SER VSpec if nothing falls through) for the winter which will enable me to boost the Z this winter.
