Does a VB or TC upgrade on the AT require a new tune for the Vortech?

Does a VB or TC upgrade on the AT require a new tune for the Vortech?

With the turn around time of a VB change...my vortech will be installed sooner than any AT upgrades. If I upgrade these things after my tune....would I then be required to tune it again with the new tranny upgrades?? Sorry if this question shows my ignorance...
