Default Yes - I saw MrTomCat's Leak Last Night

Sharif,

I was out to see Thomas last night. The installation was 100% except for a
water leak from the "Modified" or "Upgraded" tank. MrTomCat's parking is an underground shelter. The car looks "fantastic". I was amiss for not thinking of the "Coolant system Bleeding". A rather large trail of water had leaked.

Perhap's you could suggest and review how to best clear the system of Air Pockets.. It should benefit all the 350Z owners.

Cheers Amy -

P.S.
Sharif..........
The MAX is now sporting the 245/45/18's on all four quarters. What a difference, the old 225/45/18" in front are to be given to Ed as "backups"

AutoBac's in Stanton did a special Model 9700 tire balancing. It is a much longer process. The MAX went out on the freeway to 125 and back down.
Just great!
I'm thinking the car is now just perfect balanced. I'll take the MAX to limiter next Monday.

The hot setup for the Z may be 245/45 or 255/40 and ETC. on all four corners. TCS only.. or Base with no TCS or VDC.
Or VDC owners may need to change to the G35 wheel sensors as not to confuse the ECU.

Staggered look is cool looking, but equal sized tire's all around may be the fastest way around a Road Track.

Catch you on the Flip-Flop

John, the water puddle you noticed was just regular AC condensed water since I just got home and it was fn hot out there

Chris from Brainstorm saw this thread yesterday and pm'ed me offering to look at the car and bleed it some more. Since I was going to the track in the eve this was perfect timing so I went out there and they bled it and replaced the coolant with a Water Wetter mixture. Everything runs perfect now, no overflow and not overheating...

Thanks Chris and Ed!!!

Sound like you have everything working. What next?
Dyno with A/F or 1/4 Mile track?

Those new tires should give you an advantage.. What tire pressure are you at with those M/T's

Second Question.. For the M/T's Those tires/wheels don't have TPS

Do you think any error of the tire pressure system. Could cause a ODB2 error?

The reciever for the TPS is under the Passager console.. Just rebove the Connector.

I've been running the M/T's for the last month because I wanted to get a feel for slicks before I get all the power...no errors on the tps side at all, the rears just simply don't show up.

I've been running on 16 psi but will lower it next week since I did not get good enough traction last night.
