Default Forged motor and turbo build done!

A little update:
I had my car for a total of 2 days since May 8. Got the car totally done with the forged motor for the break in. Stayed with the 440 injectors for now for convenience and I don't want to push it that hard. Boosting to 11-12psi. That's the highest I could go fuel pressure and injector duty cycle wise without going over 11.8:1 A/F. I found a little program that lets you put my wideband output into the emanage and log it along with everything else. I like road tuning because as long as the numbers are right the power will be there.

Big thanks goes out to: Larry at Innovations(putting up with me just about every other day after work at his shop), Brian at Technosquare for coming in while he was sick to reflash the ecu due to some weird checksum errors, Steve(G356gear) for selling me his totally built motor that was built by a great shop and selling it to me for a great price, Eric Summers at Titan Motorsports for tracking down all the parts that weren't sent(who needs two left side downpipes, I didn't) and for the discount(no one tell Nero) and all the guys in the FI forums at my350z.com and g35driver.com. Last but not least Ross for painting my bumper and being my best friend. This thing is fun even at this power level(I figure 475lb/ft and 430whp because I'm letting the boost spike a little at first) and that means alot coming from a guy that has two very fast bikes.

It's made by a guy names Hau. I found out about it through the yahoo group for the emanage. The link is http://12.22.230.41/MicroTech/Host/F...log.source.zip
It's hidden kind of deep inside. It's the file called Emanage.Tools in this folder eManage.Public\Tools\bin\Debug
IM me on Aim if anyone needs help using it. I used the TPS input for the Wideband. I think it's pretty self explainatory. I use this to set my base fuel pressure and add injector duty cycle for a certain boost. I'm using the 440's during break in so this tool has helped me see how far they can be taken. You can use the narrowband output or the wideband output off your wideband(if that makes sense). My installer accidentally used the narrowband output but a few quick strokes of the keyboard and it's all fixed. I won't be using this for much longer since I plan to go see Sharif and get the EU, 650's and some tuning but it is a great tool if you are going to stay with the Blue Emanage longer than a week or two. Hope I helped.

Maybe try this link.
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/e...nage_Tools.zip

I don't use the autotune. It screws with the airflow map and since i have a flashed ecu i want to stay away from that. It would probably put my timing all over the board.
