We don't have the official instructions for G's yet although with the exception if the intake and A/C lines, they should be the same so I can't comment on that.
On one car we set it up just like the normal Z kit, however what I think happened is that the blowoff valve instructions were included and they instruct a different installation than the kit.
IIRC, the compressor goes to the wastegate, then a vacuum line off the manifold goes to the top of the valve in the kit? Is that right MIA?

They claim to use the boost sensing port in that. They claim to have quicker response when connected. Six to one, half a dozen the other....

I think you are supposed to go off of the kit instructions and disregard the BOV ones...On my kit the pressure line goes from the plenum to the top port of the BOV. and from the compressor to the bottom port of the wategate...

I think thats right and problem where the confusion came in (the BOV instructions).
hey I have another question regarding the install. I vaguely remember that some people had issue with the MAF wires hitting the plenum or being squeezed in there. Mine is like that also. Did you have to change it so that the MAF is pointing outwards or is it inwards on your install?

That pipe is secured to the block and moves WITH the motor not independent of it so it never gets any closer then that to the plenum...

I agree with MIA on the MAF thing. Although, we install SSV's on all of our Turbonetics cars so I don't think we've run into that problem.
As far as the BOV thing, both of our cars run great and perform identical, so I honestly can't say it's a problem at this point.

Ya thats what we did exactly, tee'd the compressor, one to the wastegate, one to that lower valve. To be honest, the BOV seems a bit more controlled with it attached. Our shop car makes that 'DO do DO DO do dooot' sound where this car doesn't make so flutterly if that makes any sense.

SpeedDreams, how are you achieving 12lbs of boost with the stock Turbonetics kit? Would you mind sharing your dyno sheet with the rest of us? I’d like to check-out your A/F.

We were shimming the waste gate spring to hold more pressure. Our shop car always comes last for work or parts. We didn't have a boost control in stock so that's what we had to resort to.
When I have a free minute I will scan a dyno of the shop Z and post.

Just wanted to give everyone an update. The G35 kit yesterday after ever so minute adjustments made 440/460 @ 12 PSI. We went from 7 PSI, all the way up to 12 and the A/F was the exact, and I mean exact same.
