very very nice!

What tires are you running in the front? If not already have you considered Skinnies in the front to maybe get you even better traction.

What kind of Rollcage do you use or do they let you get away without one?

in any case congrats, looking forward to see the video!

Wow.
That is awesome!
The rear seat(top & bottom) is about 40lbs together. The front passenger seat is over 40lbs. The rest of the crap in the trunk is another 10-20lbs. An Optima battery will save you over 10 pounds.
That's equals well over 100lbs in weight reduction.

I'll bet next week you hit the 10's.
Good luck

Congratulations. Great time and mph!! I'd like to 2nd the above question. I run at an NHRA drag strip and NHRA requires a roll cage at 11.49 sec. or faster for the qtr. mile. Any way around this? I'd love to not add that type of weight from the roll cage if I ever get that quick and for several other reasons.

Can I just order a 16 inch wheel that would fit a 300ZX from somewhere like discount tires direct? I too want two 16 inch wheels for the rear that will fit my 350Z as I want to run the Mickey Thompson ET Street radial P255/50R16 tires. Where is the best place to get 300ZX 16 inch tires?

Thanks

The only problem with the wheels is to be shure they clear the brembos. I had to grind a little the twin turbo 300zx wheels to make them clear the calipers. Anyways FYI the 300zx twin turbo wheels are 16X8.5

Hey, thanks very much for the info!! I have an enthusiast 350Z and with the non Brembo brakes, so I should be good to go with the 300zx twin turbo 16" wheels. Right?

I really appreciate your help. The MT ETs should help me hook up as I'm going to an APS twin turbo setup within the next month and traction will be a definite issue then. Lots of luck getting to the 10 second milestone. You are very close...
