(On the Dyno Dynamics dynamometer, my RWHP baseline was 214 HP.....a 26% loss from factory specs. I wonder what my would be rated at now on a Dynapack or Dynojet.....maybe 10% more?)

That was my whole point but maybe he wil listen wsince it is now coming from someone else... Put the wheels back on then go have it dynoed and post that....

The amount gained is all that really matters. I gained about 185 HP, Brian gained over 200 HP. As long as the baseline and final numbers were derived in the exact same way from the same dyno, that's only accurate measure of the FI system. The true RWHP will number differ from dyno to dyno, but at least you know how much you gained.

Great # and you must be loving the additional power.

Only 1 comment or just from my observation. The 240 rwhp from the stock Z is measured to the wheel and your dyno according to the pic is measured on the flywheel (Power Flywheel in green). So considering the Z pre 05 are 287hp and let's say 240rwhp that's about a 16% drivetrain loss. So applying the 16% drivetrain loss if your power was measured at the flywheel it would yield you 440hp * 0.84 = 369.6 rwhp. But this doesn't add up as I think most TT Z with 8+ psi of boost is yielding over 400+ rwhp? Is the dyno chart power from the wheel or flywheel?

I promise you it is from the wheels. If you need more info. call Tuan or Irshod at GRD 630-369-2800, they will confirm and explain everything. I have over a 200whp gain.

It was amazing! I'm trying to get used to all the power!

I got pulled over in Indiana by a Statey for accelerating too fast out of the toll plaza. I guess he followed me for a few miles waiting for me to take off again. The typical question from him "Why do you think I pulled you over?" I told him I had no clue and he said, "Well you drove out of the toll booth plaza like a bat out of hell!" He took my license and reg. for a few minutes came back and gave me a warning for excessive. Excessive what? Anyway, he went on to ask about my car and how much hp I was running. I showed him the receipt from GRD and that I just got it done. He agreed that if he had this toy he'd run it very hard as well. He said, "Next time, drive it like that when we're not watching". Luckily he was pretty cool about it.

Anyway, it was great to meet you and see your awesome Z. I hope everything turns out well on the TT install. It must be nice to live so close to GRD. So was your girlfriend pissed after you hanging out there for so long? I took my wife for ride when I finally made it home around 11:40pm and she freaked! She loved it. She now understands my addiction!

Maybe next time I come out for some tuning by GRD we could meet. Again, good luck to you and drive carefully.

That's awesome. Congrats on your new found power. No need to call GRD, I just wanted to know if the dyno was from wheel or flywheel and you already have that info. Post some feedback of your new crazy power.

Glad he let you off with a warning.

Nah the girlfriend is cool...I warned her that she didn't have to come and that I would be there a while, so she really had no grounds to complain. It will be interesting to see if she likes the additional power when I take her for a ride. Hopefully I can pick my car up this afternoon....cross my fingers.

No problem, they can explain their dyno a lot better than me. Hey I thought I post a few pics of my car since I can't in my avatar.

That's good. I'm sure she'll love it after she craps her pants! Wow, I thought Irshod said it wouldn't be done until next week. That's awesome!

Awesome kit. OT: The Kenstyle for the G is so much better than the Z. I'm starting to warm up to this kit. I really like the Impul, Top Secret, Greddy for the G. But this kit has an awesome rear bumper.

Great story about the ride home. Glad you got off with a warning.

Congrats. I'm sure the power is awesome!

What I'm really interested is how the stock blocks these 440+whp TT's fare in the long run.

I told Irshad to hide the car from you and tell you it was stolen, but he didn't want to listen. I'm glad you made it home in one piece .

Brian.....that's the best looking G I've ever seen. I'm not usually a fan of body kits, but that one is perfect. I'll trade you cars......I'll even throw in my copy of "Scarface" that's always in the DVD changer.

Thanks so much Tuan for such a great job on my car! The power is amazing, I still haven't turned off the VDC yet to experience the full potential. I'll get there soon, just trying to get used to (if ever) this power. You guys are awesome and anybody withing a 1,000 miles of GRD should make the trip there for install & tuning, it's worth it.

Thanks Jeff, that's a great compliment since I'm sure you see a lot of Gs in LV. Scarface is tempting. Here's another favorite pic...
