Thank you for the kind words.

As for the regulator, basically, the oriface that the fuel passes through gets drilled out to a slightly larger diameter so that the pressure isn't so high due to the Walbro pump. The stock fuel-pressure should be 51-52 at idle and drop slightly through the RPM range. The enlarging of of the regulator oriface helps keep the pressure at that rate.

Mine did not fit with headers and they were DC Sports. I think the Top Speed are the same exact design, but I'm not positive.

From looking at my kit, and where the BoV is sitting, I'm willing to say no.

I have Nismos. I had to bend the downpipe a little for it to fit. And the V-clamp of the downpipe is now against the inner wheelwall. I hoping it will not make any noises...or else im taking off the Nismos.

Still waiting for Turbonetics to send back my ECU. I thought it was suppost to be overnight...?

That's exactly what was happening with the DC Sports headers. The problem is you can't alter the pipe or the body where it's touching, because it's the v-band clamp that's touching the actual frame of the car. This contact eventually lead to my v-band clamp breaking and causing an exhaust leak.

the v band clamp is against the wheel well? is it the whole side of the clamp or just the bolt touching? i had no issues with that particular v band clamp other than that bolt touching the inner wheel well/frame. i just took it off and turned it around and tightened it from another angle. problem solved.

my kit is running real good. no problems so far, not i am expecting any but you know.... no problems still with vibration of the Alphawerks header against the down pipe. i don't expect any either. so far so good! love the kit!

The whole side is. All I need is 10mm of free space and I'll be okay.

Correct, the downpipe will not fit with Top Speed headers.

Well if all you need is 10 mm...I know this sounds odd but how bout a 5 lb sledge...j/k....Honestly though could you bang in the chassis a bit with a body hammer?

Yeah, but I have no room to swing the hammer...I dont want to hit something else by accident.
I think I will try to torch it first, and use a metal pipe as an extension..and bang on the pipe try to make a dent...

loosen the exhaust system at the bracket that holds the exhaust secondary downpipe to the transmission. then make the adjustment away from the inner fenderwall, have someone hold it in that position while you tighten it. you can also place a rag or something in between to keep the spacing while you tighten. i did both, worked out great. i did not dent anything.

i didn't leave the rag there. it was just used to keep the spacing while we tightened. we pulled the rag out afterwards, it was easy because it was a rag. you could try to place heat wrap there and keep it there. it might worked for you either way.
