Numbers are kinda what expected from you all....seems like if you have 5AT, tq numbers are way lower and obviously this makes sense, but man I wish I could get the tq numbers up. Would an SGP upgraded VB help with the TQ?

Bartzen1 - how do you like the SSV intake manifold and how does the engine sound after installed?

Did the operator add in the DynoJet correction ? They have a trick they can use to [ load base dyno operators ] Before tuning the car...you do one run to get a base number . Then they do some tuning and add in the DynoJet correction and have you do another run...and to the amazment of the owner he just gained 70 to 80 whp . When they really only gained 15 to 30 whp .

This dyno thing is really just a big joke . Its all about EGO's and pocket books . EGO's of owners and tuners and pocket books of dyno operators

IM not quite done yet . Plans in the works and I do have an AT5

Booger, ever considered doing a run on another dyno just to get some comparable numbers? I'm sure you don't really care, but it would be interesting to see some real numbers (not estimates) of what can be hit with the kind of upgrades you have for this winter

Ive Dynoed on two different dyno's..both Mustang . Both came out exactly the same . Going to a DynoJet wouldn't do any thing but give me an inflated number . If they tune on load based dyno's because they simulate real steet driving . Than they must give you real street WHP numbers . Both Mustang Dyno's that are in this city , the operators don't put in any corrections to read like DynoJets . I know alot of the load based dyno operators on the east and west coast do add it in with out their customers even knowing about it . There is no competition between shops to put out big numbers to get more buisness in Omaha . There is a DynoJet in a town about 50 miles away . E.J. then owner of one of the dyno's hear in Omaha said alot of the guys come to him to tune and run straight down to the DynoJet the same day to get a big number for bragging .
Maybe if I keep saying this enough , more guys will just start posting thier ..real ...load base dyno numbers.....LOL....you think ????
Not contesting anything you said. I already knew all that. Just wondering if you had considered dynoing on a dynojet because that is what most (more than 50%) of the folks on the forum have had their cars dynoed on. Figured it would be very informative to have apple to apple comparative numbers. I was (and will again) be tuned on a load based dyno, but imagine I'll eventually be at a dyno day with our local Z Club sooner or later where a DynoJet is used. If so, I'll most likely throw my car up there to get numbers to compare with other club members.

Around 430, yes, but you can get more. I was around 435 when my rods gave out and I could have still added timing. That was at 11.5psi with the 2.87 pulley and stock rev limiter.

Engine is now fully rebuilt but still in the break in phase. I will post numbers/dyno when complete.
