what is pros and cons of these and can i throw a hks super in the mix too

Wrong question to ask, cause everyone will tell you that theirs is the best. I have an ATI and love it. It sounds great and I did not have to tap into the oil pan. I honestly believe that they are both great and dangerous systems. Most blown motors are from improperly tunning the engine. I have over 20K on my system and have had no problems whatsoever. So, it becomes a matter of choice and price. Either one will do you justice. Good luck and enjoy.
