the 400whp thread inspired this question...
Has anyone on here actually hit 10 seconds on the 1/4 mile with their 350z' yet? And if so how much power was needed to do so.

im sure the guys with 500+ can hit the 10s. There was someone on another thread (forgot which one though) has APS TT and a few other mods....he's at like 470whp and he ran 11 flat. So im sure the 10s are coming really soon....people need to go out to the track more!

NHRA rules State 11.50 and faster as of 2005. Some are a bit behind in times....
that brings up another point: I still have not found a decent NHRA approved Roll Bar for the Z. Cusco and such are not under regulations and anything I have found is over 1k where as Pro-Race Car bars are around $200....
Anyone know of a place that makes affordable NHRA approved Roll Bars for the 350Z????

Many have the power to go 10's. Unfortunately, they dont have the traction to do it....With a great launch say 1.6 60ft in a street driven Z(no weight reduction) I think 500-520rwhp would be enough, with a good driver. Fito I believe is his name has a G35(heavy) running an estimated 500rwhp and hes 11 flat right now.
Hey Alberto, I seen in another thread that he was going really soon, I cant remember if it was yesterday or what, but he said he was at 11 flat, 12X mph? Anyways, he was doing some tweaks that day and was heading to the track, I wonder if he went......whats his username?

Its only a matter of time.
