soooo, i have been switching between my different boost levels to feel out my new burly exhaust...
-boost controller of: 9lbs
-low: 13.5lbs
-high: 16lbs
and... i noticed today, for example, i was on the freeway,in high boost, floored it in fourth and i only hit like 12psi?!!?!?!?...so then i switched the boost controller off...hit 9 like it should, put it back on high...and then it hit 16lbs
anybody else have these issues? please shed some light, i figure the solenoid needs a few runs to "learn" where its at maybe, shot in the dark

Not sure on the answer to you're question, but how does it feel now at 16psi as compared to 16psi with the old exhaust? Do you feel a big difference since you got the 3" piping?

TODD
When you are driving look in the upper right hand corner see if it has "AUTO P" either on the screen or blinking. To set your boost to where you want it you have to make several (4-8) at WOT pulls in either 3rd or 4th gear untill that " AUTO P" goes away. I had a hard time trying to figure this out, its a B**** messing with. If you are going to change around your boost levels and play around with it you might be better of in MAUNAL mode.

Honestly, the Greddy boost controllers are some of the worst I have used. The e-01 is still recommend for those running an eManage blue, since it integreates fully with the eManage. But now that many of us have switch to the eManage Ultimate, they should consider a more advanced boost controller, such as the HKS EVC, or the Blitz SBC ID. One uses a stepper motor, the other uses a dual solenoid approach, for much better boost response, and more stable boost pressure. My e-01 is pretty jump at high boost, as was Gman's when we tuned his car.

I like the avcr and have used that for years. It really depends on the build for which EBC i would reccomend. I will 100% agree greddy is among the worst.
I wanna check out the new blitz

profec e-01 for sale...hahaha
the settings are not of importance in my problem here, i think the solenoid is just jacked...it boosts as though the boost controller is off at times and at times like it should (16psi)...i need a new one for this amount of pressure
