He wants to know if the vortech with the out-of-the-box tune would be safe with those mods. I have no idea, personally.

I had almost identical mods when I first my Vortech on. I was running VERY lean under WOT and on the dyno, my AUX fuel pump was not kicking in so I went extremely lean at WOT. I wouldnt run the car with these mods without a retune or you could be dropping another 7-8K on rebuilding the motor. If you are going to drop the cash on the kti itself, you need to drop the change on the tune to get it running right IMHO!

The kit comes with relatively rich fuel map's. These are based on a stock 350z. With the air breathing mod's you indicate are on the car it very likely will run lean. How lean? It is hard to guesstimate and a dyno tune would be the safe way to go..Hope this helps

I dont know if they have changed the tune in the piggyback . But with the same mods for better breathing . I was real rich in the upper rpm range . But as some one else said...put it on a dyno to find out
