They did my hks sc and zeitronix gauge install. they let me observe the surgery on my baby and take pix. Special thanx to Tim the owner and Curtis the installer. Very smart, knowledgeable and cool guys. Pix attached. Dynos to come when i scan them.
How long did it take them?? Did they run into any complications?
btwn installing both the kit and multi-gauge, about 16 hrs. there are some boost and belt issues which will be addressed w/ intensemotorsports and hks. also, tapping the zeitronix gauge into the stock ecu proved to be more challenging and time-consuming than expected.
Did you install on a stock engine as has been recommended/required in the past or has someone figured a way around this ???
my only performance mods: jwt fw/clutch, kjr pulley, hks dual exhaust.
tim at sfr says he can add bigger intercooler, split second box, etc, to get more out of the kit.
nissansource, i believe, said he has the kit, is an hks dealer, and is able to tune it out of the box, but he hasn't replied to my latest inquiries about it.
technosquare also says they can tune the out of the box kit.
pre, post-install dyno comparision with boost:
i am currently in contact with intense and hks re the numbers.
does anyone know if my lightwt pulley could be actually robbing hp? Its NOT an underdrive. Its the kjr.
