Default oil pressure lower at idle after vortech install?

After the car has been driven a while and it is turned off and back on, is it normal for the oil pressure to be lower at idle? It seems to turn on "boggishly" but operates fine when throttle is applied, at a good response. The oil pressure at idle use to stay about 5-10psi higher before.

I'm thinking because the supercharger requires some oil, it caused a slight decrease in overall pressure?
