I hope everything works out. I think that is the same shop that I am about to get my TN single turbo installed at.

All they have to do is take 20 min to unbolt the GReddy and evap relocation bracket, come up with a box, and have their daily UPS guy pick it up the next day. It's not like I'm asking them to bend over backwards for me. Plus, if they're too busy to fulfill their committment to me, they should take in less work, or not tell me they'd do it in the first place.

Off topic, but Gman, how much are you paying to have your car shipped from Miami to Houston?
$695. I sent the paper work into the broker yesterday and a trucking company called me today. they wanted to pick up the car tomorrow. I supposedly paid for the slower service. I got the economic service and they had an express. What would they have picked the car up two minutes after placing the order with express?...lol. let me know if you want their info.

I would try to speak with the shop owner and "seek first to understand." There may be a good reason it has not been done.....and maybe not......but first try to understand why. Easy for me to say....but you may not want to pi$$ them off just yet. At least not until you get your car back.

Good luck. I've felt the same frustration a few times.

Eric, I spoke with Irshad about the exhaust. He's in Vegas for SEMA, and he said he sent me an email about the exhaust before he left town, but I never recieved anything. He's working with the shop to get the exhaust out to you. I told him to break in up into two or more boxes if they had to and I'd pay the extra shipping. If you don't want to wait any longer, I'd totally understand and I'll be glad to refund you your money. Let me know what you want to do man. Once again, sorry about all of the delays.

remember that discount tire commercial "if your not happy, return it" and in the background a old lady is throwing a rim through a window of a tire shop? It sucks to be at the hands an knee's of retarted *** shop's, that treat your car like chit! www.bbb.org file a case.

Well I'm not going to file a BBB report or anything like that. I have no doubt that my car will be perfect when I get it back. If anything, I was just venting yesterday because there have been lots of little things, alot of which has nothing to do with the shop, and finding out that it still hasn't shipped was the last straw. I'm still a little upset at the situation played out, but I can't stay mad forever; gotta move on.

Eric, I'll definitely keep you informed. After talking to Irshad earlier, I'm pretty positive that he will see to it that it will go out early next week.
