Just found out that mine is throwing the same code. Could it be because of my JWT cams, and is it anything to be concerned about?

not sure, but it may a cylinder misfire code.

common with forced induction set-ups. not sure why it is common, but simply disconnnecting the negative battery terminal should get rid of it.

possible causes for the po011 code is crank pos sensor, cam pos. sensor, or accumulation of debris on the signal pick up portion of the cam. po011 is for bank 1 or the passenger side.
i would pull the sensor and see if you have any debris on it. i light slurry of metal can accumulate on the sensors after cam and bearing break in. had it happen on mine, but mine didn't through up a code. if not, start either replacing sensors or go to nissan and they would be able to see the sensor giving the wrong output signal with the consult 2. good luck.
