Diego, please have some respect for the sponsers that pay to be vendors on this website. I can assure you, that TURBOXS will NEVER sell these to you, or to Titan, if you are selling them at that price. There are a total of 25 units in the original batch of UTEC's, and they pretty much spoken for by me, Z1, and one other shop. There is no possible way, that you have 10 of these UTEC's at your disposal right now. Nobody is making a killing on these, and when you sell them just over cost, how are you going to provide the technical support and assistance to make your buyer happy? That is what seperates the authorized dealers from those that just ***** stuff out.

Definately need to call TurboXS to report this.

These units are not allowed to be sold for those prices.

What is required in the MAP sensor swap? Just the sensor and the UTEC and it will swap out with the stock?

How much is the TURBOXS MAP sensor?

Rather than a MAP sensor swap, its just the addition of a MAP sensor, as the stock VQ35 uses a MAF sensor. The MAF remans in place.

The MAP sensor is $120 and it just plugs into the UTEC...simple. A must for the F/I crowd.

Looks like 2-3 more weeks. They are testing, and making sure the fireware code is perfect, and each unit will be tested on Jermaine's car. With a highly advanced new product like, I feel better knowing they are perfecting the UTEC before releasing it to vendors.

I hear that. I have been reluctant to pre-order even though I am more than convinced based on what I've read and heard. I really need it, its the last part I am waiting for to do my fuel system install. I'd rather see it get to vendors and get some feedback though first. But the longer they delay the harder it is getting not to go with another solution (HKS FCON V Pro or even EU).

As good as an F Con Pro is, its limiting factor is it cannot be self tuned - and alot of its extras (wideband, knock monitering) cost a TON. Awesome product but they really are 2 different ***** of wax

as for the guy claiming to have 10 - amusing at best

Please be advised guys that the ONLY way to enjoy a TXS warranty on a UTEC is to buy it from a TXS dealer. If you buy the item from anyone other than an authorized dealer, you are on your own with tech help, with warranty, etc etc.

And as Sharif said, it's awfully hard to 10 of something that's not released yet

+10000 I couldnt agree more.

In regards to the FCON, the problem is that not only can the user not tune it, but even professional tuners/shops can't tune it either! Only HKS Certified dealers (read: dealers that buy $20K/month worth of HKS product), can enjoy the tuning priveleges. If the FCON was open-source, like the EU, I would be all over it.
