Turbonetics TAP missing??
as much as i like this kit it is a real pain to install! the kit fits great! engine bay is real tight.
my car is almost ready to run. waiting on ecu and tighten up the exhaust. oh yeah got to install the greddy e-01 and emange.
i could not get to 1 of the turbo mounting bolts. didn't have thin wall sockets. i had to take apart the entire turbo tighten down the turbine housing. install the center section and then the compressor housing. scratched the inside of the compressor housing but not to bad.

LOL yeah its a tight fit alright...but it all will fit eventually...and the end result will make you forget about all the cuts....just make sure you tape up the wounds prior to driving. YOu don't want blood all over your boosted Z's interior do you?
An 1/8 in. Pipe tape can be bought any where they sell taps ---The 3/8 comes in a blue box --the 1/8 comes rapped in a little plastic bag ---Sears would be fine or any GOOD quality Auto parts
not sure which tap you are talking about.
3/8-18 NPT (National Pipe Tap) is about .700 of an inch in diameter (about the same size of a nickel)
the other is 1/8-27 NPT which it a lot smaller, about .430 of an inch.
both of them are standard pipe taps which can be found at hardware store, auto parts store....call around.good luck
