Any 6MT Vortechs with L-Spec ECU?
I'm thinking it's safer to run the engine to 7100 than hitting redline at 6500. Not that I'll be running to 7100 often; instead it's more of a safety feature for me. I've seen videos of FI cars and redline comes up so quickly. The extra 500 rpm could come in handy. Also, what did your tuners do about timing and A/F after 6500 rpm? Did they stick with the stock Vortech timing or retarded it some more after 6500 rpm? Lastly, how much boost are you making at 7100 rpm? I'm thinking of keeping the stock 8 lb pulley, but could I get more boost after 6500?
