Default Maximum #'s seen from tnetics kit?

I did search this but didn't get any results. I was wondering what the highest dyno #'s and/or average numbers have been from the turbonetics kit.

The highest numbers I have heard of were 425 RWHP/413 ft/lb at 8 PSI. (that was using race gas with a Tilton clutch and flywheel and Nismo exhaust)

Average ranges from 365-380 with a completely stock car. After tuning with a piggy back on a built motor I know of one car thats is making 470 RWHP and 500 ft/lb of tq.

Right on. I can't wait for mine to arrive, It should arrive a week or 2 before my car arrives. Although I plan to keep my car stock for a while and have fun with her before I stick it in the shop and begin plastic surgery.

Stock tune? Piggy back? Any more info on that car? Those sound like well tuned TT #'s Im impressed. My goal of 8-8.5psi and 400rwhp may be attainable after all.....

The car was running on a reflash. The kit had been installed the day before. I am waiting to get the dyno sheet and video from the owner. Heres the facts:

Turbonetics kit at 8 PSI with reflash only
Tilton clutch and flywheel
Nismo exhaust
5 gallons of 110
8 gallons of 91
Dynapack dyno
Boost pressure mapped on dyno
AFR mid to low 11s
Power output 425 RWHP 413 ft/lb of Tq at the wheels

Well I just talked to the owner again. He should be in San Diego this weekend. Hopefully I'll catch him before I go to Glamis on Thurs but if not he is going to leave a copy of the sheet at MOssy for me to get next week. He also has a video that he said he is going to post when he gets on the boards himself.

I've made 460rwhp and 530tq. with the standard Turbonectics kit, built motor, and our fuel system on a 350Z! To make more I'd suggest the 62-1 upgrade they offer.

the car in question is my friends car. it made allot of power and all of it can be felt i personally drove the crap out of it. hes still running a little lean after 6100 rpm. he just got it redynoed on an RnD dyno and put out 370 whp on pump gass .

The video was supposed to be here in the first comment but it doesn't appear to be working. Should have sheets and chart up soon.

Totally Like what I see. I was wondering what a single turbo actually puts out, heh. When I first ordered that I didn't have big numbers expected but things change. I think 420-450 with a rebuilt motor will be more than enough to take on the competition around here.

That explains it right there. Local stock Z's on dnyapacks dyno as high as my modded Z compared to dynojet #'s that we usually see.

Mike@Altered-did you guys tune Modified Mags Turbonetics Z? Those #'s sound really similar to the #'s I saw from that car at Sema.....what size injectors did that motor have at the time?

Yeap!, the 350Z had 550cc injectors and it had our return fuel system.

Nice, when I saw that dyno chart and specifically the TQ I was like What kind of exhaust is that car running?

IIRC it was 14-15psi. Not on the turbo that comes with the kit you cant, but if you wanted serious power Turbonetics will work with you to help you achieve your goals. Im sure MIA can chime in and inform you some more as to what turbo can do that. Supposedly they are working on a 550whp kit for built blocks.

That is very correct. The turbo with the kit now will flow for about 570 crank hp at 18-20 psi. The Stage II kit comes with a T61 turbo (but maybe a T66) which will flow for just shy of 700 with the T61 and well over 700 with the T66
