Default Help problem with built motor and emange ultimate

I finally got my motor put back into my car today and started for the first time. I loaded the parameter from Sharif into my Eu and the car started right away, but the engine was bogging. Rpm jump a bit and my a/f at idle keep dropping, it went below 11:1 so my aem wideband won't read the a/f anymore.

Now when I try to start the car I have to rev the enigne a bit to keep it on. The engine would stay on for about a minute then shut off. Anyone experienced this problem or have any suggestion please help.

Dont know any thing about the Emanage but I would think others might want to know if any thing else was changed . Return fuel system ? Bigger injectors ?

Sorry I should have posted my setup.
I have greddy kit
I do have a return fuel system with regulaor. I am running 750cc injectors. My ecu was flashed by TS for 380 cc inejctors, Sharif said I should leave the ecu as is and he will tune it with the eu.

IMO the EU can not scale enough for 750cc's. Your running way to rich at idle.

get to the injector portion of the parameters. set your original ij. size at 380, then new injector size to about 540-570cc, then go to the airflow map and pull about 23% off the maf signal in the entire map. set static fuel pressure at 50 and you should be pretty dam close to perfect. let me know if that works.
i have found you need to pull the injector signal from the 2 maps to get the large injectors to work well.

14.5-15. if it doesn't sit there after about 30 seconds then add or subtract from the airflow map as your not going to be able to much more signal drop out of the injector parameter with out getting hard starting conditions. again this will just get your normal driving and idle conditions decent, do'nt try hitting alot of boost on it till you do your timing map atleast.

how is your timing map like? my ecu was flashed to take out some timing already. DO you have a map so I can compare to see if more timing is needed to be pulled

what they said above or try to check the piping on your intercooler kit, could be as simple as loose intercooler cuppler which will cause your car to stall without giving it gas and lower a/f reading.

my timing map is a very rough one as i havn't been to a dyno yet. it should be safe though till i do. would hate to have you follow it and have a prob as i'm taking it kinda easy and not boosting over 11-12psi till i get it solid.

etrk...I didnt know you had 750cc injectors. I will resend the map with scaling in it. Should work just fine after that.

Or better...just give me a call real quick and I will walk you through it...takes about 1 min.

I did what overZealous1 said but a/f still rich even with -50% . I even tired to set new injectors size too 400cc but still not much changed.

Sharif instructed me to lower my fuel pressure to below 40 psi with the vaccum line disconnected and the a/f is now hovering around 12 to 13. I even went as low as 30 psi with vaccum line disconnected
The car sound better and smoother now. but a/f still low. Anymore suggestion I should try?

Drive the car around for a while.....it takes a little time for the AF ratio to adjust. That usually does the trick. You are getting close!

750cc injectors are the maximum that can be used with the eManage Ultimate, so sometimes you have to be a bit creative...and fiddy with both the AF adjustment map, the injector scalling, and the fuel pressure.
