New Member of the 600+ club!!!
Today, there was an event here in town called the Dyno Drags...held at a shop called Dynoedge, basically it is a full day event of dynoing lots of cars. It is a type of competition, not in who can make the most power, but in guessing what your 3rd pull hp will be (based on what you ran for #1 and #2 runs)...whoever is the closest wins 10% of the money collected for the day (not too bad!!!)
anyway, i didn't win, but I got a membership card for the 600+ club (keep in mind, so that we don't start any crazy altitude debates, I am at 5500ft altitude, we lose approx 8-10hp on a turboed vehicle, so subtract a bit from my SAE corrected numbers to get the actual)
with that said, here is the dyno graph, Before anybody points out the A/F after 6500rpm..that has been corrected, I started to lean out there and was able to correct it by adding some fuel to that area of the map:
So, this is the same boost that I ran and previously made 550rwhp, 548tq and had a massive boost leak due to a torn silicone hose coming off of the passenger side turbo-wasting my precious life giving boost ..I ran 101 octane here, with similar timing as before (so I did not get aggressive with the timing-fuel choice was more for extra safety precaution purposes)
My numbers:
615rwhp 575tq @16.5psi
Me (happy from the huge gains) and Brody from SPEEDLAB (making a special face)
Some other cool cars from today...
From Ford:
From Dodge:
Supercharged 800+rwhp!!!
Outside, much, much earlier today...
Keep you posted on newest kills

Great numbers Bro, do you plan on going for more or staying right where you at now? Man I know there is a couple of ya'll in the 600+ range and I would love to see a VID of ya'll in action. I can't imagine what it would feel like to have all that power. Hell I couldn't even imagine how it looks in action. Hard work and determination finally paid off!

Special Thanks to the guys at SPEEDLAB!!!
Couldn't have done it without these guys, Brody is the genious in finding out what is wrong when it is wrong
...and Brody, I still want you to mathmetically calculate, based on my power gain, how many cfm of air was leaking out of that torn silicone hose
