What your vacuum at idle?

I am at 15 most of the time and 25 some of the time..any idea why?

Mines at 20 to 22. It was reading lower before I switched my gauge. My old one from Autometer was not calibrated correctly.

If your rpm is not moving with the vac changes it's likely a gauge problem..

My vac is always on idle, unless I can get some woman to clean my house with it.
Oh, sorry, brain fart, right around 20 inch of Mercury.

Mine used to be at -18 to -20Hg but it has dropped to as low as -13Hg. I'm thinking I might have a vac leak but I'm going to confirm with a different gauge first.
