Default Going Fi, need help

I am getting a greddy tt + intercooler kit. I was wondering all the the supporting mods to safely turn a stock 03 6 spd 350z into a reliable tt daily driver running 5-7 psi.

Thanks in advance

Determine how much boost you want to run. What you need for your motor will be determined by this.
Get a good engine management system. You can get EU with Greddy kit if you want.
Find someone who actually knows how to tune it on a load dyno. You might have to go far for this but is recommended.
Read this forum extensively.
Come here every step of the way and ask questions, tell what you are doing.
Save lot's of money, because it never ends.

The best thing you did so far is find this site and FI section. Read up on the Greddy, do your homework. I always think about those guys that dont know about these sites on the net. They go out and buy Greddy's TT kit and think their done. Next thing you know BOOM!

The supporting mods might be different for 5psi than for 7 psi. With the latter you might consider a return fuel system and pump, and perhaps upgrading the exhaust. I only know this from personal experience and from working with an outstanding tuner. Above all else, find yourself an experienced installer and tuner for the Greddy kit in your area. Trust me, it's worth it.

Well if your going to run a Greddy TT safely at that level you will need the following
get a
J&S safegaurd (very important Allows to retard you timing for a safer setup)
walbro 255 fuel pump
BOV (Not necessary just for sound)
BOV flange (not necessary)
Get an autosport wiring ( they wont have to cut all you ecu cables to hook up the e-manage)
Get a A/F gauge (good one)
A boost gauge (good one)
Turbo timer
A boost controller (nothing super expensive something just that will work)
Get a true dual 2.5 exhaust (so the turbo's can breath better)

Note: For the power you are looking at the blue box is good enough not the best but is good enough. Now if you can get the E-mange ultimate then go ahead but no need to waste 500 extra on it if your are to stay at that boost level.

If anything sliped correct me please

actually a bov is recommened for a healthy turbo kit, its fushes out the reamaning air after the accel is released and keeps the turbos spool so its not just for sound. now they arent necessary but it is def recommended. and if you get a BOV your gonna need the flange to weld it to the *lower end of the intake pipe*

only get a boost controller if your willing to risk blowing your motor........but if you wanna push more than 5psi ya youll need one

2.5" is good but most of the ones out are designed for N/a spec so they work well but arent turbo spec(AAM is coming out with a 2.5" turbo exhuast in the next couple of weeks)....or you could get a 3" exhuast sytem. but any 2.5" True Dual exhaust will work(Borla,HKS,STILLEN,INVIDIA)

You dont really need a fuel return system for 5 to 7 psi you really need one once you pass the 400rwhp mark
