I think my AEM wideband gauge is reading 0.8 lower than norm. The Mustang Dyno averaged at 10.8 after install but power at high end RPM was weak while my car's gauge was reading 10.0. The Technosquare AF gauge from the tail pipe was reading 11.0-11.5 after the reflash so I think I'm now OK & the power difference is like night & day.

The way it revved, throttle tip in, the way it drove through the powerband both WOT and normal was a level over the flash, you dont realize how much better the car feels until you do probobly an EM. Then I installed the ignition and to me it seemed almost as much of an improvemt in going to the UTEC. Same thing throttle tip in, the way the car revs/pulls-especially near redline, and midrange too was stronger and improved.

For what its worth you know my 1st time out to the track with the UTEC only I was trapping 114mph in good cool conditions. Recently after only adding the ignition (havent opened my spark plug gap from .035" yet to provide even better gains with the DLI) and very minor UTEC fine tuning I trapped 115/116mph in much hotter/humid temps, the car without a doubt pulls harder up top the traps show it. Not saying DLI = 2mph trap but it helped.
Interesting. Sounds like the experience I had with the "smoothness" of the car with the aftermarket headers and without. My car is much "smoother" now with the stock manifolds. I don't want to modify my car any more as I think I'm right at the peak of what the reflash can safely handle. Before I do anything else I will be getting an EMS of some sorts. Still waiting on 1.5 (or 2)...

Take your pick man, all very similar in power gains. Motordyne 5/16" or 1/2", AAM's spacer or do a plenum if you choose. FYI-5/16" and AAM Spacer lets you keep the stock strut bar and engine cover, the 1/2" loses the STB.

It took 2 appointments to get the AF leaned out. I'm very happy with the performance. Smooth shifting at WOT on AT mode at 6800-6900 RPM. The AF adjustment too provided noticeable high RPM performance gain based off course on my high tech "butt dyno". Was almost ready to spend another $1K for VB upgrade but just cost me $150 for the reflash. I believe TN has now adjusted the rev limiter to be at 7100 at AT mode so this should not be an issue for new AT kits. Overall, VERY HAPPY w/ my TN!!!!!!
150 for a reflash isnt bad. can you send it into them? did it improve your power??

Thumbs up

Yes, that is what they will charge if you already had previously done the ECU Flash before as stated in their site below:

"My ECU has been flashed, but now I have turbo/supercharger my car, do I have to pay the full amount again?
We offer a RE-FLASHING for previous flash customer of $150 + shipping."

http://www.technosquareinc.com/index.html

As far as performance, yes tuning (leaning in my case) the AF did help improve the power at the top end of the RPM (above 5500). Technosquare also recently installed a new Dyno machine so fine tuning it for local cars will be more accurate.
