Default 3" duals / roll bars/ wastegate dumps who wants em?

i found a shop that has a huge mandrel bender in my town that runs so much material they price they charge for things is unbelievable. i am going to be setting up the measurements for him to bend up a 3" dual exhaust w/ crossover, wastegate relocation that will dump back into the exhaust at a very narrow angle or at the inside of a bend, then a roll bar. he has said he can do stainless for just a small amount more than aluminized steel and could do the roll bars out of chromoly. the initial prices he has said are around one third of what others are charging for this, he also said the prices will drop more if he can do a run of them. i will be doing most of this near the end of next week, so let me know who is interested. he will have the bends already in his comp, so doing it again would be a snap. will have solid prices and picks in about 2 weeks.

not sure yet, but figure 1/2 or less of what it can be bought for else where. even full stainless. i will be doing the design for it with crossover too for better scavenging, and am taking the measurements to him. i will do all of the above and then hit the dyno for a comparison too.

Likewise.

Do they have a website? Whats the name of the company? I'm also looking for
small radius 90 and 180 degree mandrel bends.

i have just had a preliminary conversation with him today. it sounds as if they do very large manufacturing runs for other companies. they have a ton of material and go through it so fast that the cost is fairily cheap.
the key to this is hitting him at the right time when he has a run of other 3" material being bent. then the cost goes way down. so i will be making all the design, and the measurements will work for both 2.5" and 3". heck even bigger if someone wants. i will be having another conversation with him tomorrow.
i am hoping this can turn to something where the development and manufacturing costs can be cheap enough, that aftermarket parts for the Z can finally start coming down. $1500 for a 3" exhaust is insane!
who knows, this could very well turn into a new biz for me. i am getting alot of ideas that his bender can do, like above said parts and a new design intake that i have been sitting on for quite some time. also, been wanting to look at a rear suspension arm relocation to help weight transfer in the chassis. my current biz is slow, so looking to occupy my time.

these will be one of the first things i will be working on. looking to do a simple bolt on design that dump atmoshpere using the stock greddy down pipes. then another that will use a 3" downpipe and vent atmosphere, then lastly a kit that will require a little welding and dump back into the exhaust at a very acute angle or the inside of a bend to take advantage of a low flow vacuum area. bolt on atmoshperic will prolly be around $150. but before i shoot myself in the foot, i need abit more planning and budgeting to happen.
