Probably a "rich" cloud. Thats not terribly uncommon for how rich we run these cars under boost...

I take it that the pipes did not go out?
Tomorrow is Friday. Another week gone by. Do we have any better idea on a timeframe for the pipes?

I spoke to Turbonetics and everyweek they keep on saying a "batch is going out this friday" and three weeks past no batches to speak for. But they did said they are shipping out this friday. I have no clue what the hell is going on.

Here your update on the new wastegate pipes. I made the decision to have the rest of the pipes mass produced which takes a little more time but the end result will be better looking pipes. I do apologize for the delay. I will have the pipes here at Turbonetics on February 28th for sure. Which means the latest you should see your new setup would be March 10th. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

If you have any questions regarding this please PM me.

Is it just me or is tnentics blaming every problem on this one pipe? My mechanic called today because my car is totally messing up and of course there only answer was wait for the revised part. Which seems it will NEVER get here. I dont know about you guys but this is my only car and I have a job to get too. FRUSTRATION!!!

I AM SOOO CLOSE TO GETTING a Tial wastegate lol might be the best soloution next to this pipe but spring is right around the corner and I really dont feel like taking my car back every week for this **** lol.

What sucks is that the guy said he would call back and of course the phone never rang. This pipe is like the new x-box. Everyone wants it but by the time we get it, itll be too late.

The issue this pipe is intended to fix has no effect whatsoever on normal, daily driving. What does "totally messing up" mean exactly, and how is it related to the boost fix we're awaiting? I agree the wait is tough, but I have one of the more severe cases of overboost and my car runs fine as long as I'm not pushing it hard.

You'll only have to take the car in once when you receive the new piping, right? I hear ya on the frustration though, but I think we'll all be hooked up in time for Springtime track days. (Can you tell I'm an optimist? )
