Default TN engine builders? Georgia

Does anyone know where one can get his engine built with 8.6:1 or 8.8:1 pistons and forged rods. I need a price and someone close to Georgia. I like Arias pistons and Pauter Rods, I will probably end up with about 15-18 psi, wherever the efficiency of the Turbo is at it's limits. Anyway, all help will be appreciated and if my rods and pistons aren't sufficient any suggestions will help. I know this is a terrible question, but what power level could I expect here, I have all of the proper tuning electronics and gauges.
Thanks

Hey whats going on.... with that amount of boost on a TN kit you should be in the 500-600 hp range from 15-18 psi... also if you want big power you should really sleeve your block so you can handle crazy power. Plus If you really want to build your engine I suggest you go with companies who have done quite a few... I dont know of any down there but your best bet would be to take it out and ship it to the following... Performance Motorsports, Speedlab, The Tuning Factory, Fordged Internals and Cp racing, and MRC. Those are the only shops I have heard which have done sucessful builds, and have cars over the 600 whp mark. Just a thought!

Check with Sharif in North Carolina... If you are going to build your motor consider the Stage II upgrade thats coming. Whats your time frame to have it built...

in all honesty, I had planned on sleeving the block, but can't decide? Now, with all of that said should I get the stroker kit or build it? Which is better, and most importantly targeted toward a daily driven car?

I should do that, I have spoken to Sharif in regards to other matters, he is about 4.5 hours away, but that isn't all that bad, I am thinking of having him tune my car, but my supplier said a Turbo xs certified should be the only person to touch the UTEC? Confused???

At the suggestion of Turbo XS, we elected to buy our TurboXS product from a distributor, rather than from TXS. Jermaine@TXS knows this, so although we are not on the TurboXS dealer list, we're trained and very capable of tuning UTEC's, and if you buy UTEC's from us, your warranty will be honored.

In regards to your TN setup, I would definately get the stage 1.5 upgrade that Miaplaya speaks of. As the stage I TN kit flows enough air for roughly 500whp or so.

^ Sharif knows what hes doing when coming to the utec!!!! I talked to him for hours discussing the different ways. And to answer your question of either the stroker kit or full build... FULL BUILD simply because you choose what you want done and to you custom needs.

Well said, that's where I stood with the full build vs. stroker.

Yea Z1 motorsports is an option, but I worry about the feedback they have gotten, although I have spoken with the owner and he appears to be a good guy and I loved their shop when I visited it. Sharif does appear more about the z33.

Russell seems like a stand-up guy. Anyway, z1 motorsports isn't a bad place, I think they did some things a little off of the beaten path, but in all I have been impressed with their customer service on more than a couple of instances.

I agree that Z1 is a good shop...the main reason I said Sharif is that (a) he has experience tuning and working with the Turbonetics kit (b) has a LOT of success stories with motor builds and can get you all the parts you need...

No intercooler, 6k seems cheap, or is the tuner version. Also, You may want to check into the fuel return system. I will have to later with the more upgrades I do.
