Default Turbonetics overboost issue fix?

Do you guys think by swapping my stock exhaust back on I will no longer have a boost spike issue?

I dont know because I installed my RS*R when I installed my TN kit. If anyone can confirm this I will do it.

Thanks
Gilbert

IT will but I would just tune, so I didn't lose the money on the exhaust. Utec is relatively inexpensive when taking into consideration the potential hp gains and being able to utilize 5, yes 5 seperate maps, including with the purchase of the wastegate solenoid, a boost controller.

I talked to Turbonetics today and on their shop G35 they were holding a solid 8.23 PSI boost...they installed the Topspeed and got 10.5 PSI. The fix is just about done...

If you guys are positive I might just have to do it until Turbonetics comes up with a solution

Read above posts...Turbonetics was finally able to duplicate this with the Topspeed exhaust installed on their G...all they could tell me is that the fix is just about done...

I got that part so they duplicated the overboost issue. But they also fixed it by doing what?

I have got start reading those signatures, sorry about that. Wow, that didn't fix it, after reading the signature, makes me wander, that is exactly what I had planned on doing. I have UTEC on the way and tanabe exhaust and motordyne spacer, man keep me posted on that fix, mia.

I don't have the exact details...just that it looks like the fix is about done. I'm supposed to get more info tomrrow. And yes on yours it will FOR SURE fix it since your exhaust is damn near identical to the Topspeed...
