Come on Phunk, any bar will fit if you put enough spacers in. It's closing that damn hood that's the problem

true true... but i really think we have a good chance here... it looked like 1/8" to 1/4" spacers on each side would do it... will the hood shut on that? ehhh shut it anyway... its all good.

Now what we have all been waiting for, some FI testing. Its planned for this Saturday.
How high revving would be enough to take advantage on a naturally aspirated Z?

It finally equaled the highly modded N/A Z HP @ 7000RPM. So think 9000 RPM to make it work N/A. Yes, I was there.

we are holding out right now... waiting until my car is back together again so we can test it for the HP levels it was designed for.

we may or may not decide to test it on a mid 400s car.

Bump, In the market for a manifold. What sort of alterations would be needed to work better for the N/A guys, other than the runner length? Also is it a possibilty? BTW the pictures in the linked page does not work.

no updates.

more tests will be performed on my high HP engine shortly, and tuning will be performed on the manifold. I now have an ultra high-speed data logger at work which includes intake port pressure waves, which can allow us proper helmholtz tuning if the current version or mild changes dont perform how we want them to.
