Not to get involved, but I believe the challenged should have choice of location and the chalenger can set the date and time for convenience of being workable. Il and Mi are close together, so if it happens, please post it on the board (i.e. time slips, pictures). I'll have to give the APS TT the advantage though, but would love to see it happen.

When spring rolls around and weather is good Ill send you a pm. Car will be free from all shows and other stuff then.

Have any timeslips of your car pulling 1.7s N/A?? Definitely get in touch with me when it warms up, I'll be ready and should be quicker than last year with the increase in power.

100% correct. It's the sudden change in power/boost output over a small rpm range (a huge difference in power over a 400 rpm range, between 3600 to 4000 rpm) that makes traction really difficult for a single turbo at the strip, the twin turbos will always have a distinct advantage and a more linear/easier to handle power band at the strip as you correctly stated.

It's easy to see that you have a load of experience at the strip, your comments are always dead on right and you have the ET and MPH behind you to back up your comments.

George

Ok, Ill say this. I want to comfortably drive my car everyday and go to the track when I get a chance and actually get descent runs ( 11's-12's). I don't really care about being CARB legal. They don't check for that down here (new orleans). and I know all kits can e harmful to your engine, but I would like my engine to last for a while and not blow up the day after I do my first runs at the track. That's a little more specific.

I would then highly recommend the APS TT, it does get you into the 11's, is a great smooth daily driver and has an amazing track record in terms of reliability
