After installing the PE turbo kit and running it for around 4 months, I'm kind of board with the power now. For those who are interested I made 418rwhp and 430lbtq at 8psi of boost. My car has the following upgrades:
(External wastegate setup coming in 2 weeks)
Hks Ti exhaust
stillen cat delete
koyo radiator
D2 coilovers
cusco f and r sway bars
Greddy emanage
Rps clutch and flywheel
I know I need to upgrade the injectors for additional hp since PE only comes with 380cc, but after that, what would you recommend me doing next? Should I start by purchasing parts for the bottom end or upgrade to an eman. ultimate and tune for 650 injectors. My goal for right now is 450rwhp. I would rather not touch the bottom end as of right now, since my funds are kind of limited. Do you think it would be ok to tune for 450rwhp and worry about the block later? Or should I be safe and start the rebuild. Are there any additional parts that I can benefit from such as spacer, intake manifold,etc...before upping the boost any to achieve 450rwhp.

Your best bet for 550whp safely.... built short block, pistons brands which I would go with Wiesco, Arias, Cp, Rods Crower, Pauter, Arp main studs and bearings, cleaned balenced honed all that ****. then RC550cc Injectors or 650cc, AAM fuel return, Nismo thermostat, Crawford plenum or wait for the new one from phunk, solid tune, get rid of the EMANAGE= crap for highend, get a Turbo XS UTEC, Or a HKS F-Con pro, and should be good
Estimated cost pry with labor and all close to $10,000
GO to SGP there in your neck of the woods!! they have packages.

Well I already have the rods(eagle) but the thing is I really can't be without the car for that long. Yes SGP is a very reputable shop, but they can take for ever to complete a project. I really want to hit 450 or more before I start tearing into the motor if it is possible. If something happens, hell that just gives me more reason to build it.

I've done a search on the intake maniolds, but for some reason it is down. I know that there is the Crawford,Kinitex(sp) and the one you where refering to. Out of those two(don't know how long until he finishes his) who has the best gains and a nicer design.
From looking at the phunks prototype their intake manifold seems that it will put out the best gains because the vents are ported out more and bigger. But you might have to wait, send him a pm. Or if you want to do it now go with the crawford I am using it great mod good gains.

As you mentioned, you should up the injectors and also consider a return style fuel system... both of these will be useful both now and if you decide to build the block later on. A spacer isn't a bad idea... I'd hold off on the whole manifold though until we get some more data around both SFR's and phunk's new products.

To take boost to the next level on your stock block, the next step must be a complete return fuel system, larger injectors (550cc so you wont need to upgrade again later with the built motor).
I agree that the basic eManage blue is less than ideal platform for tuning higher boost cars. I would switch to the UTEC, and retune to about 450whp, since you seen OK with building up your motor if something breaks.
Best of luck, and let me know if I can help you.
Your HKS exhuast is about 2.4 inch inner diameter, so you should be OK for 400-450whp, but there will be more power to be had, by switching to a 3inch true dual setup. Those HKS exhuasts are getting top dollar in the aftermarket, if you decide to sell it.
