You have about a 10% chance of finding a dealer that will honor warranty with that TT kit in place. Worst comes to worst, check www.car-parts.com for a 04.5 or newer tranny and have it installed...
The funny part is Im in pretty close to the dealership Im talking about. But they said they cant do anything. My car was in the bodyshop about a year ago and it was before I went FI. I had a appointment to take the car in but the wife hit something on the freeway so I couldnt make it. While it was in the bodyshop I went FI. When I went back in they said no go. I was like wtf I just told you guys about this before I went FI. But they wouldnt do anything. I guess Ill just keep trying others.

That's just a jacka$$ dealer. My dealer knows about all my mods, and the service manager even told me straight up that if I ever had a grinding issue again (I'm on my 3rd trans, but this one has been fantastic for 25K miles) that they would take care of no matter what motor work I had done.
The snychro problem on these cars is VERY widespread on the 03-04 models and very well known. It shouldn't matter what work you have done to your car in this case since there's multiple TSBs out on it, and they know it has nothing to do with power or driver.
Regardless of all that I probably wouldn't take it to the dealer anyway since dropping the trans in my car when I put my JWT clutch/flyhweel in only took all of about 3 hours. It's VERY easy to pull the trans in a 350Z.

That might be a stretch, but you never know. It's Continential Nissan in Countryside, IL. Honestly, I wouldn't trust ANY dealer working on my car with the turbo kit on it. Dealer techs aren't always the brightest crayons in the box when it comes to dealing with something they haven't seen before. If you decide for forgo the dealer route and want to get a trans out of a wrecked 04.5/05 Z/G35 and need someone to install it...drop me a line.
EDIT: Have you "tried" to take it to your infiniti dealer yet??

I did talk to my dealer and they know I have FI. They said they'd have to obviously look at it first. That's what makes me nervous.
I have a first run O5, not sure of the tranny year but am having the same problem but shifting into 2nd gear. and when it gets below 40 degrees with wont go into any gear until its warmed up a lil.
