Default Driving home today and*******

I was driving home this afternoon when I stopped at a light, saw a good looking chick and stared for a bit... not polite I know... after that, all of a sudden the green light goes on....

I depress my clutch pedal as it softly hits the floor without any effort whatsoever. Now, I have always had a hard clutch pedal on My 03 Z, I dont know of any of you guys out there but my pedal is pretty hard. This time it went in like if I had blew air at it with my mouth from far away.

I had to stop traffic, get out of the car, and with my hand pump it, because it would stay stuck on the floor. Imagine the rage, in hialeah FL, people screaming insults, honking and what not... all of a sudden the clutch pedal catches pressure again. I was then able to go into 1st gear.

I stopped at the next station, no leaks on the system. All fluids to max. I am very intrigued now.

Someone help. Thank you

Its a pretty common thing for people the boil the hydaulic clutch fluid by driving the car hard. The solution is a SS braided and heat wrapped line and some high temp fluid. Mine hasn't boiled over since.
Buy this: http://www.mossyperformance.com/product/?id=3270 and when you install it flush in this http://www.mossyperformance.com/product/?id=4312

Issue resolved..

Air in line? My car with a new JWT clutch/fw started with the clutch sticking to the floor when pushed in on the dyno tuning session. Anybody have good directions on how to bleed the line? I never experienced it before, but I dont have that many miles on this new clutch, less than 2000. Good luck....

Could have been boiled fluid also. Mine only did so when driving the car under boost HARD for a long period of time. A lot of people with headers get the same thing. Even some track junkies have this happen. After it happened to me I did the above and it hasn't happened since.
