Crazy how fast the power fell. And my TQ and power under peak was down. I swapped back to stock before finishing the tune, much better Now even at 6600rpm's I am above 360whp...

So, I wouldnt recommend it to anybody. Another member had a similar experience with the rev-up plenum on his 287 FI motor.
That is interesting you say that, the 05 lower plenum change my whole power curve. Essentially taking it from a peaky 290 to 300whp plot to a nice and flat 285whp from 6200 to 7300 rpms. I am running an APS Plenum with the 05 lower plenum. Unfortunately my enthusiasm is growing old on this project to see what it will do with the tomei cams and valvetrain under my desk. In theory the shorter runners on the 05 should allow you to make more power at higher rpms.

When you say 05 lower plenum I assume you mean 05 revup lower plenum.

There are 287 05's out there...like me.

If had only waited...

I know in theory it should work, but it was failing miserably with my Crawford plenum and boost. Your still NA(right?), so that may have something to do with your gains, and for some weird reason my lack of....

BTW Robert-yes we mean the revup lower plenum. If anybody wants to mess with one its for sale

Hmmm, thats pretty odd. I wounder if the 287hp lower plenum will do good on the 300hp motor, while boosting.

Did you ever get back to the dyno with higher boost/race gas pulls?

Those are some great numbers. If I didn't live so far, I would take my car to AAM
