Last Week I sent my blower back to them because it was whinning really bad . I called Vortech...talked to Jamie and let him listen to it over the phone . I 2day aired it there and they had it by Friday . I called two days ago and asked if they had looked at it yet . Jamie said the back lash in the gears was to tight and they replaced all the gears . I asked if he thought I would have it back by next week some time . He hesitated and said aaa...yeh . I took it as , I would be lucky to get it back that soon . I woke up today and found the Vortech box at my front door .
