Well the day is almost here. No more piggy back EMS for me. After all the money I have invested in my motor I decided it would be best to get a better EMS. Mark from SGP is currently in Orlando for Sebring and he will be coming down to Miami to install and tune the HKS FCON on Sunday. I have a dyno dynamics dyno reserved for Tuesday. I will post new numbers soon.

 

Nice. Were you using the EU before?

 

Yes I am using the EU right now. I was tuned in TX in 50 degree wheather and now in FL with 90 degrees it is running rich. If I had some ***** I would use the auto tune feature and fix my a/f because my timing is all good, but I am chicken chit. I said *** it and decided to go with the FCON. Also I want to take my car to the next level (700-800whp) some time later this year or early next year so I would need a better EMS anyway.

I assume that is the knock amp in the silver box. Also I believe you will need the map and air temp sensors to make good use out of the FCON

I was talking with Mark this evening and I could get to 750whp, by just sleeving the block, upgrading the turbos, and fuel system. I did my taxes yesterday and I am getting back my highest return ever so I am itching to spend it. The proplem is I went out on a friend's boat today and I want one, but I will need to buy a truck too. Big boy toys are too expensive.
