sounds like you have a little oil leak and a case of bad pipe skills.. what you can do is coat the inside of the silicone in hairspray and then put the pipe on and tighten the clamp as much as you can.. you should be good no one else has this issue

Actually the best way to solve IC pipe issues is to replace all your regular clamps with t-bolt clamps. Once you do this, your pipes will NEVER come off again.

its weird bc i tighten it all the way and i can actually see the clamp slipping off by itself right there on the spot when im tightening it up, im running about 11 psi, im thinking maybe more boost is what is making it come off, and the oil leak issue sounds like it makes sense im gonna have to look at the smoking a little harder i guess and see EXACTLY where its coming from, but the intercooler pipe, i guess i was under the impression the TN kit came with those type of clamps, bu i guess ill go purchase one and try the hairspray thing, ill do both just to be safe.

You need to make sure the tbolt clamp is UNDER the beed rolled lip on that pipe. On the turbo side make sure its centered on the compressor outlet but all the other pipes are beed rolled so the tbolt clamp should ALWAYS be underneath the bead roll to get it to firmly clamp...If you tighten it on the bead roll its going to come off. I made this mistake on a buddies car. After the clamp was re-tightened under the bead roll it never came off again..

The coupler should be 2" onto the turbo or so. Clamp it about 1/2" lower then the end of the coupler.
BTW theres a beed roll on the compressor outlet too. It needs to be above that..

The Turbonetics kit comes with tbolts. But they need to be tightened down above or below the beed roll depending on how you look at it...

-----*- -*-----
Intercooler pipe (with bead) then Turbo Outlet (with bead) (* denotes bead)

----+*- -*+----

The plus signs indicate where your clamps should be positioned

Again, as someone else mentioned the hairspray trick works, as do double clamps

---++*- -*++---

(although I have run 33psi before without the need for either, pipe alignment is critical when getting really high boost pressures)

ok looks like wednesday im gonna go screw around wit it, im also def worried bout the smoking from the turbo, hopefully its not a serious issue, i would assume that the line from under the turbo is not a feed line but more a drain line and if it does break will just make a bad mess right??

It'll make a mess and you'll be pumping out engine oil which is BAD... the smoking could be some heat wrap or who knows..definitely check it out..
