Default Finally my ST is being installed!!!

I've finally received my custom Eternal Motorsports ST kit for the G35. The install should be finished by Friday. I plan on going to the Dyno day at Church's this Sat to find out what it can do with the EU and 91oct.

The kit is also on Damen's car who is a member here also. The kit pulled 392hp/415tq on a dynapack using the unichip and 93oct with a stock exhaust and 3in cat with no other engine mods on his car. I should pull the same or a little higher since I have a crank pulley and borla TD since I'm using crappy 91oct for now.

The kit comes with everything you need including 1 step colder spark plugs and JWT oil pan spacer. The kit is only made for the G35 with dual intercoolers. I had the IC piping coated black along with the ICs' for the stealth look even the BOV is black. I will post pics of the install while in progress, but for now here are pics of the kit out of the boxes. Also my car is a 5AT I already have the Stillen VB, but I plan on installing a TC and tranny cooler soon. Tell me what you guys think I know that this kit for a G35 only, but I know most FI G guys hang out here. I know that I do for the most info. Enjoy

That intercooler is awfully small. Do they have an option to fit a larger unit?

Theres two of them I think...but I'd still like to know max power for that core. Thermal efficiency? Pressure drop?

Well what you are looking for is a less then 1 PSI pressure drop and thermal efficiency that will give you intake air temps as close to ambient as possible.

That looks like a very nice setup.

What kind of coating is that on the intercooler? I've heard of coatings that actually assist in heat transfer, and I've wondered how effective they really are. I'd actually like to get my intercooler coated black like that but don't want to kill the heat transfer qualities.

taurran, Swaintech offers a flat black coating that according to them actually improves heat transfer.

Default Stillen VB

How is your AT trans holding on the Stillen VB? Are you able to shift at WOT without hitting the rev. limiter? I'm trying to decide & Stillen is local for me. BTW, my rev. limiter has been changed to 7100 both manual & AT mode by Technosquare.
Thanks,
Jeff

I don't know yet since we had a fitment issue with one pipe so my install is still in progress. I will let you know when I find out. I plan on making a video also to show everyone when it's done. Have you gone WOT yet?

Sorry guys no dyno numbers my car threw a rod while dyno tuning. I didn't even get a chance to drive it. We are trying to figure out what happened because it went at a low rpm 2500rpms. I don't know if by me racing my car constantly over 100 passes 1/8 and 1/4 with a raised rev limit (TS reflash) if that played a factor in my engine failure when boost was applied 2.5-3.0psi. I paid about 6k for the set-up not including the black coating for the piping and intercoolers. I'm thinking of getting a built engine, but I haven't decided for sure to keep the single or just go TT. The GT35R on my ST can handle up to 650hp if I go TT it will be the JWT for sure. I have a feeler for the ST on G35driver for $3850 w/o the EU since it is made just for a G35 if anyone is interested. Hopefully everything will turn out for the better this time. Thanks to 350zdcalb (Todd) for the built motor info last minute and shariff (helping me solve my overheating issue) before taking it to the tuner which could of played a factor also. I know the kit can push over or close to 400hp on a stock engine and exhaust at 8psi. I was expecting more since I had breather mods.
