Default Why is there not a turbo kit avaliable for the 06??

Hi

I called JWT and Turbonetics and they both said that they don't have a kit for a 06 model. Turbonetics sayed that there is would be by end of the summer, and JWT said that when they are doing working with the older model G they would start working for a kit for the 06 (god knows how long thats going to take). I don't want the APS because its just to much money for me. I really like turbnetics setup, is there anways I can modify for it to work with my 06?? Is it because of the exhaust timing that it dosent work?? or is it the ECU??

EDIT: I have a 06 G coupe.

Thanks

You could probably just get the TN kit and buy your own engine management. I don't see why that would not work.. but you never know

TN's rev up kit will be out summer.... i hope

the charge pipe needs to be modified.

Greddy kits work

as far as i know if you finagle the charge pipe on the tn and buy utec you can do their kit or just wait for the rev up kit to debut... thats what im waiting for.

Could you provide a little more detail on what work you did for clearance? Was that the only install issue you found on the 06?

I have an 05 rev-up engine as well. Fitted an APS TT perfectly. The hardware should fit fine, but it's just the EMS that needs to be tuned for it.

This is the first I've heard about it, but I'll be sure to be there.

Yeah thats what I want to do, but I want it to be a complete bolt on beause I am going to be installing it myself. So I guess I just have to wait for the MREV kit to come out. I just wish they would hurry up
