hey philip, i would switch to the emanage ultimate or the utec. they both will give you far better and finer control over everything than the e-blue. i would lean towards the utec for it's ability to sence knock, but it is abit more money with everything you will need. the eu's target a/f map will really help pay for it's self when it comes to tuning time though.
if you can read what the cel is, i can tell you what it means and help you figure out a fix for it.

will be going by usps today and see if i can get a cheaper shipping qoute on everything also. will message ya when i get back later tonight.

Did you get your idle raised? A lot of people had a little jumpy/low idle after installing an fi kit. Raising the idle solved the problem. Not sure if you're having the same idling problem, but it won't hurt to raise your idle a bit.

if you go to the technosquare website, they will tell you the process to do it without a tool. it is easy to mess it up though and count wrong (if you try it you will see what i mean). it would be better to run to a local auto parts store and pick up a code reader that is compatible with the Z. it is a good tool to keep in the car to read a cel whenever they pop up.

need to figure that cel out first, and correct that. then worry about the idle as the reason the cel light is on could be the reason your idle is bad. if the cel gets cleared and idle is still bad, you can have technosquare do a reflash for ya, or drill an 1/8" hole in the throttle plate. mine died all the time, after drilling the hole, not once in 7 months and idle bumped to 900rpm and runs silky smooth!

Your probably running way to rich at idle with the 650cc injectors in the car and not having them scaled down at all. Or perhaps the Emanage is wired wrong.

E-Manage shuldent be wired wrong i tripple checked every connector for it. so thats shuldent be possible.
I have not scaled down the injectors, because i cant modifiy my e-man blue, with my support tool, Sharif told me to try diffrent firmwires and versions for a match, but still seems like strange that i need to do that with a bought software!

I have tried most of your sugestions today.

Nissan here in my little town didnt even want to check my error codes beacuse of turbokit...

I have manage to find a working setup for emanage and corrected that injektor correction and that was not the problem.

Im open for more sugestions!

One more question also.
Evap controller/sensor/selenoid? do i need it? can it be the source of my trubles?
I have tried it connected and disconnected but no effect.

Get a OBDII scanner and then tell us what the code is. Right now it is almost impossible to help you in any way.

So does the car idle then die? doube, triple, check for any vacuum or boost leaks. this would cause a number of problems, just because the gauge reads the correct boost does not me you do know have a leak. Let us know what the code is. Also get rid of that E manage Blue. Its garbage. Put atleast and Emanage Ultimate and it should make everything better. Also with a built motor the Emanage blue wont be safe at high power levels on the 350Z.

Car spins up to about 2000rpm and then down to 200-300 then dies.
Im going to recheck vacuum lines tonight.

I finaly got my checker,
I got only one error code, P0444 = EVAP System Purge Valve C Open.

One more question regarding this, With AAM Fuel return, i dont have any use for the canister or the selenoid?
If its needed how do i reconnect it or is there any other fix?
I have tried just connect the selenoid but i dont know if i need vacum for it.

Please help,

I really want to drive my car again!

How can i raise the idle?
can nissan do this permanatly or shuld i do the 1/8" hole thingy?

Best Regards
Philip

Phil, I think you mentioned that the settings and maps on your emanage were wiped out when you upgraded firwares. First issue, is that you need to somehow get connected to your eManage. Otherwise, its impossible to continue.

The basic settings on the eManage need to be configured, and your injectors scaled. That should be enough to get the car started. I do agree that on a crazy built motor, the UTEC or EU would be a better option.

I manage to match firmwire/software so im good to go, i have a map installed.
I have set the injektor scaling with no effekt.
Well im going to upgrade it soon anyway just need it to be driaveable.

Im stil going to break it in so just need to stabilize my idle.
Can that evap thingy be the cause of my problems?

Help!

if the evap solenoid is open, you will loose manifold vacuum, hurting the idle. do you have a vacuum/boost gauge? if so, what does it say at if you get it to idle?

make sure you have a vaccum line attached to your evap purge solenoid. Just run it straight through to manifold pressure.
